End-to-end. Frontend, backend, billing, ops — every line came from Claude Code. Alex's role was deciding what to build, in what order, where to stop. The code itself never passed through a human's hands.
This is evidence that "a single person ships a commercial product" is reachable *now*, not later. The era of "I can't build it because the tools aren't there" is over. The bottleneck is what to set in motion.
