Also in EnglishEarly in a career, five rounds at eighty

My first six weeks at a twenty-person startup, I knew I wasn't good at the job. Because I knew nothing, I learned faster. Five passes at eighty taught me more than one pass at a hundred would have. The last twenty points of polish cost the most time and return the least learning. What you need early isn't finish quality — it's cycle count. Five cycles means five rounds of feedback. One cycle means one. That gap becomes the skill gap.
