Good technology and a correct answer solve nothing if nobody moves. There are three audiences you have to move: people better than you, people without the background, and people who simply disagree. Grit is not stopping when the first explanation fails — it's finding another framing and going again. Coding every day is a discipline you can keep alone. Persuading a hundred people means absorbing a hundred refusals.
